Has to be Love Actually, don't worry about thinking of a better one.

Mods, just lock this thread.

Cheers,

Satan. :)

In before threadlock!

Having just read http://menwithpens.ca/princess-bride-guide-to-copywriting (thanks Maziltov) then I think The Princess Bride is better. It's got swordfighting. Everything is better with swordfighting.

nah, would have to be Rambo II. the scene where the girl dies, less than 5 minutes after they met, promised to quit war and live in america together and he totally changed his outlook on life because of her, brings a tear to the eye every time.

Princess Bride hands-down.

I find love actually kind of boring. I prefer notting hill if we're talking about those british kinds of ones, and although i don't love sandra bullock i remember while you were sleeping to be pretty good. I haven't seen that for fifteen years, though.

Love Actually spans so many intertwining stories, most romantic movies just cover one couple, and usually to the detriment of other characters.

I saw the preview for Valentines Day at the flicks last week, and I said to Ange that it looks like a LA remake for American audiences.
